We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

POPPY gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags attached, no make-up, deodorant, or other liquid stains within 30 days of original purchase. Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

A few other particulars:

  • We cannot accept returns on embroidered items. If you are unsure about sizing or style preference, we suggest that you place your first order without embroidery.
  • All sales of "Clearance" items are final and may be eligible for exchange, however we cannot issue refunds on these items.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Garments are to be returned in excellent condition - without stains, makeup, or soiling of any kind - just as you would want to receive your order. Poppy Scrubs are worn in hygienic environments, and thus must be presented to our customers with 100% cleanliness. By law, all garments returned must be clean; please wash all soiled garments prior to returning for repair or any reason.
  • Poppy does not accept under any circumstances returns or exchanges that are soiled, worn, or anything that is not in new quality condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it has clearly been worn, laundered, or excessively soiled.
  • Please place the garments inside the original garment bags.

Returns are easy, fast & free. There are just a few quick steps to complete:


1. To start, please go to poppyscrubs.myreturnscenter.com. Select the items you're looking to return or exchange and fill out the necessary details. Once your return is accepted, you'll get an email with a printable shipping label.

2. Just ship the items back using the re-sealable shipping bag and the system-generated prepaid label.

Once your items are returned you should receive notification of your refund or new order. 

All Last Chance items are final sale. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchanged for another size/color.
