OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.


POPPY gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags attached, no make-up, deodorant, or other liquid stains within 30 days of the original purchase date.

There will be a $5.00 restocking fee for refunds to the original form of payment, this is deducted from the original order amount. Alternatively, you can choose to return an item for store credit or submit an exchange request for another color/size and the restocking fee will be waived. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A few other particulars:

  • We cannot accept returns on embroidered items. If you are unsure about sizing or style preference, we suggest that you place your first order without embroidery.
  • All sales of "Clearance" items are final and may be eligible for exchange, however we cannot issue refunds on these items.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Garments are to be returned in excellent condition - without stains, makeup, or soiling of any kind - just as you would want to receive your order. Poppy Scrubs are worn in hygienic environments, and thus must be presented to our customers with 100% cleanliness.
    • Excessive perfumes, deodorant or any other strong scent will classify the garment as non-returnable and non-refundable. 
  • Poppy does not accept under any circumstances returns or exchanges that are soiled, worn, or anything that is not in new quality condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it has clearly been worn, laundered, or excessively soiled.
  • Please place the garments inside the original garment bags.

Returns & exchanges are easy, fast & free. There are just a few quick steps to complete:

1. To start, please go to our returns portal here. Select the items you're looking to return or exchange and fill out the necessary details. Once your return is accepted, you'll get an email with a printable shipping label.

2. Just ship the items back using the re-sealable shipping bag and the system-generated prepaid label.

3. Once your items are returned you should receive notification of your refund or new exchange order. Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed until the items are sent back. If your requested exchange items sell out, you will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment.

* Your order number is the seven digit reference number located on your packing slip and order confirmation email ("PPY-XXXX").
