Our Return Policy
Poppy gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags attached, no make-up, deodorant, or other liquid stains. The return must be requested and shipped within 30 days of the original purchase date.
There is a $5.00 restocking fee for refunds to the original form of payment (per order). This is automatically deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, you can choose to return an item for store credit or exchange for another item, and the restocking fee will be waived. Please note that original shipping costs and shipping protection are non-refundable.
We process exchanges STAT, and returns as soon as we reiceive your return items.
The Fine Print
We cannot accept returns on altered or embroidered items.
"Clearance" items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable. In some cases they may be eligible for exchange.
Garments must be UNWORN and without perfume, deoderant, detergent, makeup, or soiling of any kind - just as you expect to receive your order.
Poppy Scrubs are worn in hygienic environments, and thus must be presented to our customers with 100% cleanliness.
Soiling of any kind (i.e. deoderant, detergent, makeup, perfume) or any other strong scent will classify the garment as non-returnable and non-refundable. In these cases, if you wish to have to non-returnable items returned to you, you will need to pay for shipping.
Poppy reserves the right to refuse a return if it has clearly been worn, laundered, or excessively soiled.
Steps to Return or Exchange
Enter the returns portal here.
Select the items you want to return or exchange and fill out the necessary details. Once your return is accepted, you'll get an email with a printable shipping label. (Make sure to check your spam/promotions folder as well)
Ship the items back using the re-sealable shipping bag and the system-generated prepaid label. Please place the garments inside the original garment bags.
Once your items are returned you will receive notification of your refund or new exchange order.
- refunds can take 3-5 business days (depending on your bank) to process.
- exchanges are not guaranteed until the items are sent back. If your requested exchange items sell out, you will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment.
- Your order number is the reference number located on your packing slip and order confirmation email ("PPY-XXXXX")
