Shipping protection covers packages that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit. Coverage takes effect immediately after checkout, and continues until goods are delivered and received by the customer. If there is any disruption in the delivery service, we are happy to reship your order free of charge. This is a service fee, and therefore non-refundable.
